ZaC has always been a vocal boy - saying out the names of objects and animals he sees. Recently, he is able to articulate his thoughts, likes and dislikes. Eg. "Don't shout!", "Too loud!", "ZaC is scared." Recently, he even told Daddy about the mattress cover which he brings to school everday. He explained about how the cover goes over the mattress, he will then lie down to sleep. After his nap, he will remove the cover from the mattress. When Mummy reads to him, he is prompted to describe the pictures in the book. This helps to widen his vocabulary and introduce more words to him.

Last weekend, ZaC attended Lavelle's 2nd birthday bash. ZaC always love the 'cake moment' in every birthday party. He loves singing the birthday song, blowing out the candles and of course, eating the cake! Lavelle has always been his 'girlfriend' - a title given by the adults. Although both of them took some time to 'warm up' to each other. They were hugging each other when it's goodbye time. Coaxed by the adults, they hugged and kissed many times. ZaC's version of a kiss is always cheek to cheek. So when he got kissed on the lips by Lavelle, it was an accidental (& innocent) one! Look at the cheeky boy who used his tongue to lick his lips after the kiss! So just like that, our boy gave his first kiss (with a girl's lips) to Lavelle (ZaC's first kiss went to Daddy a long time ago!).

ZaC LoVeS tO SinG

ZaC loves singing English & Mandarin nursery songs. Besides singing them, he also makes up his own songs. E.g Instead of singing "The wheels of the bus goes round & round", sometimes he sings "The wheels of the train goes round and round." This video shows him singing a song he made up while in the car.

Daddy taught ZaC to sing the Man United song. ZaC loves watching the you tube video and nods his head to the tune. 姨丈, this is for you!
