ZaC has started to describe things using adjectives. He says the size and colour of the things he sees. He has also started asking the "What" and "Why" questions, sometimes answering them on his own. His attention span is longer and he can play on his own for some time instead of pestering Daddy & Mummy to play with him. He loves playing with his toy cars, buses and trains. Sometimes, he will also describe how the wheels move to himself! Mummy is pleased that he is eager to describe things and expresses what he thinks and feels. Recently, he even copied how Daddy & Mummy scolds him and used the words back to us!

Here are some of the art pieces ZaC created in class. When asked about them, he is able to talk about the colours and what he drew. Very abstract....

ZaC iN sChOoL

This week, ZaC brought back a folder from school. It contained his art works as well as some snippets of his life in school. Teacher Cheryl managed to take snapshots of him in action and has written something about ZaC, giving us some insight into how he behaves in school. It is apparent ZaC enjoys his time in school and gets along well with his peers.

ZaC loves practising to put on his shoes when he's at home. After being taught to put on his sandals with elastic straps on the back, ZaC managed to wear this pair of crocs sandals on his own! It is important to let ZaC handle simple tasks daily to build his self confidence.
